Computer Tune-Up & Optimization - $49.99
- Check for Updates to Windows and security software (antivirus, etc...). We will install free antivirus and firewall software at your request.
- Scan for and remove viruses, spyware and malware using industry leading software and manual search techniques.
- Optimize Windows settings - Startup list, performance options, automatic updating/maintenance, etc...
- Clear temporary files & history, check Windows Registry for errors.

Reformat & Reinstall Operating System - $99.99
Reformatting your PC restores it's software back to "factory condition". It's the computer equivlant to an "engine overhaul".
Reformatting involves backing up all of the important data on your PC, then wiping the hard drive blank and re-installing the operating system and software. The procedure takes about two hours. Afterwards, your computer will run like the day it was new.
Your data will be re-loaded onto the computer after the reformat operation is complete. You'll also recieve a DVD with a backup copy of your data.
We'll need your Windows disk or System Restore Disks, and the CDs for any programs you'd like reinstalled. If you can't locate your disks, we can help you acquire replacements.
Additional charges may apply for backing up large amounts of data.

Heat is one of the biggest enemies of your computer's hardware. Even a milimeter of dust can increase heat inside the computer's case by 10% or more, which can eventually lead to hardware failure. Keeping your computer's internals clean will help your machine run more smoothly, and helps your hardware to last longer.
We'll blow out all the dust from inside your system using compressed air, check the fans and heatsinks, and make sure all the cables and cards are firmly seated.
Networking - $49 & up, ask for a quote
Computer Works Northwest will be happy to configure your home or home office network. We'll configure your router/firewall for internet connection and file sharing, and configure the PCs on your network to share files and printers.
When asking for a quote, please specify how many machines you need networked, what operating system(s) they're running, and if you already have or need to purchase networking hardware.
Wireless Network Setup - $69 & up, ask for a quote
We specialize in configuring and securing wireless networks, from small home networks to large public wifi's and coproate LANs.
