The original equipment manufacturers provide the warranty on each hardware component.

• Most CPUs (Intel and AMD) come with a 3-year warranty.

• Most of the RAM we use (OCZ and Corsair memory) comes with a lifetime warranty.

• Most hard drives we use (Western Digital and Maxtor) come with a 3-year warranty.

• Some motherboards have a 3-year warranty, others are one year.

• Most cases, power supplies, fans, heatsinks, optical drives, and accessories have a one-year warranty.
  

If any component in your PC is ever to fail within the 3-year warranty period, Computer Works Northwest will perform diagnostics on your PC at no charge to identify the failed component and assist you in contacting the corresponding manufacturer for a replacement.
